Prayer Requests & Praises

Praise for the new child that God has blessed us with and for how well she seems to be adapting to our family.

Pray for us as we adapt to a two child family (and how that affects our ministry).  Pray also that our child would adapt well to us as her new family.

Pray that the Lord would not only fill the empty seats left in our church by Filippo & Sandra and their family, but also cause our church to outgrow it's current location.

Pray for open doors to present the Gospel to friends, and that He would create spiritual thirst in their hearts.

Praise for good, deep conversations about spiritual things.  These are such an encouragement!

Please pray for the folks with whom I have had these conversations - for follow up conversations as well as the work of God in their hearts. Obviously, for the sake of their privacy, we can not share too many details about these contacts on the internet.  But God knows who they are. 

Pray for good conversations in the town square.

Pray for our children's clubs in the park, open air evangelism and other outreach opportunities.

Praise for the Lord's faithful provision of our needs.  The stronger dollar will be a help now that we will not be able to take our full home ministry this summer as planned.

Pray that the Lord would provide the support that is lacking, especially as we take on additional expenses (a new child) and are unable to take a full home ministry.

Pray for wisdom as we plan how best to use our unexpected time here this summer.

Pray that the Lord would guide and provide as we seek a meeting place for the church.

Pray for those in the church who are the only believers in their families.  Pray that the work of God in their hearts will shine brightly among these people who know them so well.
